As my part of my continuous self improvement, in January 2015, I've been promoted to AS400 administration, and I am the Technical Lead and point of contact to a mayor Accenture's AS400 dealer from Germany. In 2011, I started in Accenture as Service Desk IT Operations Associate. As senior IT Agent, I trained new joiners and gave technical trainings to members of different Service Desk accounts. Member of ADM for IO certification compliance team and assistant in Business Continuity Plan compliance team for the Argentina Delivery Center.
