I am a fervent advocate of the diversity and inclusion D&I agenda and a pioneer in the mental wellbeing area in BP. In the past five years, I have been on the board of the Global Reach BRG UK and Accessibility BRG UK, and I am a BP Pride Ally. I founded the first mental wellbeing network in 2017 and enabled BP to sign the "time to change" pledge in the UK, committing BP to help break the stigma associated with mental health issues. In addition, I have 5 years operational management experience at BP/Ineos where I drove a culture shift in safety within the team and plant. I also led on the implementation of operating procedures and Control of Work processes.I have strong team working and influencing skills. I take pride in helping achieve business goals by providing clear vision and direction, and effectively communicating the HSSE objectives, demonstrating how they fit into the overall strategy.
