This included Urgent and Planned Care, Governance, Culture, IM&T and Staffing. • Successfully Programme Managing the Monitor process to approve the merger of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Community Service Providers for Blackpool and North Lancashire, following an earlier failed application. • As a Non-Exec Director of a group of trading companies I was involved in the major strategic, operational and structural decisions which secured the Groups future.
