Nick Callahan is a Since I opened my first computer to figure out what was wrong with it, I have had a passion for problem solving and technology. This led me to attend Grand Valley State University and receive my B.S in Information Systems. Since graduating, I have grown from troubleshooting small complex issues, to identifying large issues as a whole within an environment and develop and see through the solution. With these larger issues within an environment, I began to step into the world of Project Management. I learned early on the true importance of project management revolving around time and costs. In a technical complex environment, a badly implemented project can lead to downtime for months, if not longer, which can cost both time and money. I have come to enjoy the planning of Project Management and the importance of this behind the scenes work. The best changes in an environment are the ones you hear nothing about. As I continue to grow my career, my focus is in both Project Management and mentoring people as a whole. I take a lot of pride in my work and it includes watching people under me grow and exceed as IT Practitioners.
