In recent years, I served as a Program Manager with SV Academy leading a high-volume diversity recruitment initiative for Diligent, the leading global provider of board management software. In addition, consulting and volunteer opportunities have allowed me to support equity and inclusion initiatives in both public and private sectors. Most recently, I served as the Director of the STARs Innovation Lab with Opportunity at Work, supporting the development of new solutions for the largest overlooked segment of the US labor force — 70+ Million skilled workers without 4-year degrees. Currently, I am serving as the Director of Digital Partnerships, working to improve the systems that allow for STARs and Employers to find one another. ** STAR = Skilled through Alternative Routes, an acronym created to highlight adults in the US workforce who do not have a bachelor’s degree, but do possess similar job skills acquired via other means such as on-the-job training, certificate programs, boot camps, trade schools, associate degrees, military service, and more!
