Nicholas Inglima is a I have managed the Finance Department during which time, I was responsible in enhancing policy and procedures and presenting financial results to Management. I have been point of contact with audit examinations well as reviewing and taking lead in forecasting and budgeting. Before being Head of Finance, I was a Product Control Accountant with extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, including the Middle Office, Treasury and Accounting areas. I have also prepared, analyzed and reviewed Regulatory reports for multiple international banks. For the past 30 years I worked with fixed income products (corporate bonds, agency bonds, treasuries), derivatives, interest rate and credit default swaps, GICs, and securities. I have always been the primary contact for all P&L issues as well as established the daily P&L process and monthly expenses. A primary responsibility has been monitoring and resolving large variances, and advising branch CFO and international head office of all large movements. I possess a solid deconstructive approach to problem solving P&L and balance sheet issues. Throughout the years and within each company, I have fostered productive relationships with traders,back and middle office, and IT.
