That groups consists of Core Ops Data Integrity for both Corporate Banking and CRE. Core Ops Wire Operations, Core Ops Trade Finance Review and Core Ops Quality Special Services. We add one more quality control step to the wire approval process to ensure accurate wire transactions for commercial clients. The Core Ops Quality Special Services serves as a Remediation, Dual Review, Research and Resolution, Internal and External Customer Service Agent. The teams focus is on remediating and responding to reported data collection gaps, examining trends, handling exceptions, and serving as a point of escalation to our external clients in support of our efforts to maintain accurate data and record keeping. The team will be required to interact with sales, servicing and other partner groups.
