I manage multiple vendors to drive campaigns, events and communication across multiple communication platforms. One of the most crucial deliverables of my role is to promote positive employee engagement and plan, manage and execute/coordinate initiatives that will ensure a growing employee advocacy. With over 8 years in Communications and Marketing, my experience also involves close engagements with the EXCO team, as well as other senior members of the business. Amongst other duties, I get involved in information planning, evaluation and development of the internal/brand communication strategies, as well as assist in promoting efficient information flows within the organisation. With 14 years’ experience in the business, across different roles and business units, I have been part of the various business transitions and major milestones (e.g. the journey from Neotel to CassTech), as well as having a good understanding of our business processes and conduct. My ability to work cross-functionally and within diverse teams (including Group colleagues) has equipped me to successfully implement and support various business drives across different departments and Business Units, as well as lead large projects.
