Interview job applicants, review application/resume, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.. Conducting first level of HR interaction, aptitude and technical tests as well as general evaluation of interpersonal & presentation skills. Generation of offer letter & appointment letter, keeping & maintaining data related to employees. Joining formalities & Orientation of new joiners to be conducted. Preparing Induction Checklist, Induction Schedule and Welcome Circular for new joiners. Job Description, Job Profile of each individual with due coordination with respective HOD. Coordinating & Executing Training needs for all levels of employees. Conducting Training program and other related activities such as Agenda, Attendance sheet, Feedback Form, Group Discussion, Questionnaire etc. Taking care of attendance and leave management. Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects) & Generating Salary Statement & timely issuance of Employee Payslip. Handling salary related issues/grievance. Preparation and filing of statutory returns of PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc. Maintaining Employees Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count. Generation of reliving letter, Processing of Full & Final Settlements. Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues. Preparing various MIS reports for the management such like, Daily Activity report, Monthly error report, Associate Life Cycle System Report (ALCS report). Assist in the day-to-day activities of the human resources department. I am working in Accenture as HR Executive. On-Boarding and Joining Formalities: Helped in preparing the online tool through Ascent for entire Onboarding process which includes preparing the offer letter, sending the offer letter to the new hires, getting confirmation with all required documents for onboarding process and BGV process and completing the onboarding process online.
