Neeraja Havaligi is a Biodiversity conservation and natural resources management specialist with two+ decades experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean. I provide strategic development approaches and design interventions for United Nations agencies such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for biodiversity conservation, land degradation and climate change by harnessing multilateral funds from the Global Environment Facility, Adaptation Fund and Green Climate Fund. My expertise includes strategic planning and institutional policy development, program monitoring, and results-based management responsive to climate justice, equity and inclusion for restorative sustainable development. I have advised and worked with sustainability start-ups and nonprofits in India and USA addressing food, water and nutrition security, circular development and sustainability education for community climate resilience.
