Neal Pearson is a I am an Assistant Vice President Business Risk Lead over Payment Services at U.S. Bank. I support the Payment Services Finance team that covers the three payments businesses: Elavon, Retail Payment Services, and Corporate Payment Services. These businesses account for 28% of U.S. Bank’s annual revenue. Some of my highlights at U.S. Bank have been to I work with Elavon's international joint ventures to build risk programs to comply with international and domestic risk and legal requirements. I have designed and built, built programs to manage Elavon’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) needs for our international businesses, ran the TPRM program domestically, ran the Business Change Review process, spearheaded projects to streamline the partner on boarding process, identified and built out better on-boarding tracking processes, worked extensively in issue management and resolution, and in general worked to make life better for us and our partners through better and smarter risk management. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas, School of Law in 2013 with the degree of Juris Doctor.
