Worked in the fitness industry where I progressed to a Personal Fitness Instructor. After a year, set up my own business in Personal Training working with celebrities and full time athletes. I did this alongside Totteridge Tennis Club as Junior Head Coach for several years. Simultaneously, I was fortunate to work with world top 100 ranked/junior ITF tennis players in the field of Strength and Conditioning where I gained an immense amount of knowledge regarding physical preparation, injury prevention and maximising physical outcomes for players to compete at the highest levels of their game. I still continue to represent the Ladies 1st team (premier division) in both the Middlesex and Hertfordshire County. From Totteridge Tennis Club, I was given an opportunity to establish and grow a head tennis site sourcing a 32 year lease where a full time programme and membership numbers jumped in just 5 weeks operation. At England Sports Group, I was responsible for all operations, project management, health and safety and HR disciplines related to the site as the Director of Sport. At present, I lead the tennis programmes and competitions at Hampton School. To name a few of our tennis successes are as follows: 15U Surrey league Winners 2018-2019, National finalists 2017-2018, Regional finalists 2018-2019 as well as Surrey League and Surrey Festival Pairs finalists 2018-2019. As well as this, I am currently studying for my UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accreditation which will support the experience I have in the field of S&C.
