Amid all of the chaos over the last few years, I have helped foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging, all while contributing to the overall governance and strategic outplay of the charity at a committee level. When it comes to my skillset, I am a confident that my writing, analytical and problem solving prowess sets me apart from the pack. I'm a detail-oriented individual, that finds the problems that need solving. Throughout my academic and professional careers I have come to be skilled in project management and research, with an intuitive understanding of how to manage people and foster a positive, accepting work environment, that overall has contributed to the efficiency and success of all organisations that I have had the pleasure of working alongside. My experience as a Learning & Development lead with CASORT provided me with ample opportunity to develop and apply these skills, ultimately leading to one of the largest uptakes of volunteers in the organisations history. My academic journey has been marked by success and too ingenuity. From earning top marks in international economics and from ranking in the top percentile for micro and macro economics modules, to becoming an aspiring advocate in alternative economics approaches, such as the circular economy. In conclusion, my unique blend of academic excellence, professional experience, and passion for sustainability makes me an asset to any team. I'm eager to explore new opportunities to put my skills to work and collaborate with likeminded individuals that share my vision for a better world.
