Dealing with customers, Providing support and advice in the shop and over the phone. I also helped install networks and VoIP phone systems. Create an android application that allows user to input data of sighted animals into a database stored externally from the device. The application also downloaded and displayed data for animal common and scientific names.Deploying custom code to multiple Siebel environments across test and production estates and expanding the existing Siebel infrastructure, completing analysis and providing solutions as part of defect investigation. Developing automated solutions for upgrading the base code level of Siebel and helping a supplier set up their own servers to develop code on. Aiding with demonstrations for a continuous integration project. I have also developed scripts to aid Environment Support in completing their role effectively to the client. I am currently working on a project to develop a solution to automate server builds using flow authoring tools. I am also currently setting up the applications in two new environments and export the required static data, to get the new environments running for the specified deadlines.Working with Linux and Windows systems. Troubleshooting issues within the various environments the team looks after. Coding in shell script/perl/java/Visual Basic. This job involved serving customers using their till, pay point and lottery systems providing help for customers when required, and replenishing the shop floor with stock. Completing Age related sales and implementing the challenge 25 policy when necessary.
