With my educational background and management skills, my meat market has become one of the top performing meat markets in the Dallas division. I am in a very high growth area with more and more people moving to and have been successful at drawing in new business and keeping pace with the growth. My sales growth year over year has averaged around 20% and my shrink sits at around 0.5% - 2.0% every cycle which is well below our divisional goal. My knowledge and real world experience has helped me make informed decisions when analyzing our processes, costs, operations, forecasts and other areas of the business.
