Nathalia Martins is a As I work with user research, perhaps you can imagine that I am a very curious individual. I usually direct this characteristic to observe, dive and explore into different contexts. I'm always doing my best to apply the proper methodologies and approaches in order to support teams to identify problems and prioritize solutions. I've been on tech industry from the last 9 years and performing mainly two roles: - 4.5 years as a UX Researcher (research plan and execution, recruiting and screening, user interview, usability research, workshops, accessibility researches, report repository building, research processes, dealing with third parties and other complexities) - 4.5 years as a Content Designer & Copywriter (interviews, writing guides and tutorials, marketing content, blog administration, releases and third parties administration) I've participated on Design Teams living in several research maturity levels, meaning literally from scratch until those with more evolved structures. With that, I've been using tools such as QuestionPro, Dovetail, AirTable, Miro, Responsys, Office 365, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, UserTesting, FullStory, Photohop, Adobe XD, Figma and eventually sketch. I honestly defend co-creation, team work and agile precepts to build experiences that positively impact people's lives and also brings positive results to businesses, of course, taking into account tech possibilities. And that's a very important balance for me.
