Commercial • Providing advice on the direction and planning process for the Campus to maximise business growth opportunities, value and efficiency of operations. • Executing business development strategies to grow the commercial aspects of the Campus in line with Endeavour’s strategic direction. • Managing and coordinating business plans, budgets and reporting for the Campus. • Assisting in organising and represent the Campus at internal and external events Human Resources • Managing local staff matters in conjunction with relevant line manager and Human Resources team. • Actively contributing to campus life and promoting cohesiveness Campus Management • Managing the day to day operations of the Campus • Assisting with development and monitoring of any asset management plans, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) • Maintaining and conducting annual audits of all campus registers including asset register, student records, assessments and archiving, capital and major expenditure policy. • External venue-hire room coordination • Overseeing the operation and compliance of contracts including those for security, energy performance, maintenance, testing and tagging, air conditioning and cleaning, where applicable. Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management • Developing and maintaining an effective emergency management plan for the Campus including training of key staff, communication and updating of contacts, leading fire drills etc. • Ensuring staff are provided with adequate training and instruction (where relevant) to allow them to perform their jobs safely. Including first aid training and emergency evacuation training • Acting as chair of Campus Health, Safety and Environment Committee.
