I have gained work experience in sales and account management, project management, PR, social marketing and many technical knowledge about IT technologies such as Microsoft software, Cisco network equipment, IP telephony (equipment made by Innovaphone and Cisco), but I have been interested in developing other skills as well such as driving skills, business skills and preparation of business plans, making many types of reports , as well as learning English. I work on Ip services, L2 services and configuring different kind of conencstion based on client requests such as VPN connections, MPLS or leased line connections. I enrolled Cisco network academy and finished CCNA and got certification. I will enroll CCNP as well. I also worked as sales Engineer. This job sharpened my organizational and communication skills, attention to details and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. The main responsibilities at my current job include: •Sales process (contact with potential customer, organize meetings, preparation of offers for new opportunities or technical solutions, preparation of contracts) •Aftersales processes (communicating with customer, support for customer, finding new needs, listening customers and analyzing their feedback so we could improve services...) •Many kind of reports for management •I am also responsible about IP telephony services. I send report to CRA, prepare offers, technical solutions and also being involved in configuration of all equipment coordination with other departments (technical department, procurement, logistics)
