I’m at my best developing and executing the strategic vision, steering operational growth to scale and providing extraordinary service and support. I started in Software Renewals Sales, then expanded my perspective in Sales Operations. From there, I balanced my skillset in IP Auditing and Compliance. Ultimately, I came back to the role that called to me the loudest: Software Renewal Sales. THE BEST PARTS OF MY JOB: • Managing my own business – my account portfolio while serving my customers – The people quotient • Coordinating and organizing account management – this appeals to the left, analytical side of my brain. I cannot express how FUN this is for me! • Supporting the success of others – Whether I’m coaching team members in client relations or explaining a process to a client team, I’m in my element when educating and mentoring people I take my work very seriously and take pride in providing excellent service and performing at the top of my game. My approach is confident, consultative and organized (I don’t lose track of details). I adapt easily as a team leader, team player and individual contributor. People come to me for advice as a Leader and Renewals Expert or just to talk. My energy-level is second only to my dedication to serving the customer. I’ve been told my enthusiasm is contagious, which serves me well in presentations and closing sales. At heart, I’m a relationship builder. I cultivate enduring relationships (internal and external) and influence cross-functional engagement and alignment at all levels (from operations to executive teams).
