I have been the tenant, landlord, Buyer, Seller, and in the past few years have designed my home and had it built on a nice mossy bluff overlooking the ocean. My experience with all these different aspects of real estate tenure helps me to understand and assist my clients. Years of experience and collected knowledge of my local market area is also a huge asset. I enjoy people immensely, and as such I volunteer with the Emergency Social Services (alternate director), the Quadra Island Volunteer Fire Department (dispatch and support services) and am a member of the BCOAP (President 1914 - 1916), Quadra Island Seniors Housing (director), Quadra Island Photo Club (treasurer), Quadra Islalnd Garden Club, and the Quadra Island Chamber of Commerce.
