Wind and 2,500 MW (USD 1.1 Bn) Solar power projects - Greenfield and M&A opportunities in India and Internationally • In-depth evaluation of each Business proposal by way of building financial models, risk matrix, scenario analysis, due diligence of Legal, Tax, Financial, Regulatory, and technical aspects • Manage relationships with key external / internal stakeholders including OEMs, EPC contractors, government, Investment committee & Board, partnerships etc. • Build and present Investment Case and Growth Strategy presentations to Investment Committee and Board • Travelled all 7 continents across 38 counties for business development, sales & leisure Internationally. • Developed Indian Offshore Wind Strategy, auction preparation and partnership with Equinor (erstwhile Statoil) • Lead in shaping Global Market S and Sales for Solar modules in US, Europe and Indian markets. • Led key organization wide strategic projects, including Forensics of underperforming assets, Forecasting & Scheduling, distressed asset acquisition via IBC route, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning based Digitization to enhance asset performance, Project Management system and Employee engagement work group. • Selected to represent CLP Group in an “18-day International Sustainability Leadership program cum expedition held in Antarctica” (300 miles short of “the Geographic South Pole”) in 2010 • Re-worked the Vision and Mission statements for CLP Group and Group’s Sustainability framework
