I came to the United States with my family in 2011. When I first came to this country, I barely speak English, but I received a warm welcome. It took hard work and lots of time to get adjusted to new culture. I wanted to be an engineer ever since I watched a documentary on moon landing in third grade. Many important words may have lost in translation, but it did not fail to ignite spark of curiosity within me. Most of my friends and classmates were impress by the astronauts and their bravery but what caught my interest was the machinery that required to accomplish such feat. Since, then I worked hard to complete my bachelor degree. I completed associate in general education in Macomb Community college and transferred to Wayne State University where I received bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. I was part the FIRST Robotic team while in high school. Later, I joined Wayne State Robotic team. Also, I volunteer as a legacy leader during my time in Wayne State University.
