I was promoted to an Assistant Manager in 2019, heading the Capability Development Department. I am currently the Executive Director and I am responsible for leading the organization. I work closely with the board of directors and secretariats to achieve the organization goals which is to support the Malay/Muslim business community in Singapore. Working in SMCCI has taught me a lot about myself. I realised that I feel the most fulfilled when I can help entrepreneurs build their capabilities and grow their business to another level.
