Both positions spanned across process standardization, consolidation, automation and straight-through-processing, right-shoring, vendor management, etc including risk reviews, client-interface, audit and regulatory compliance – to achieve a cost-effective environment that meets business expectations. I was AsiaPac Lead within Citi’s Global Data Centre Strategy team since 2005 - to formulate overall DC strategy for AsPac in congruence with global DC strategy/footprint and developing its roadmap. Validating projected growth estimates and conducting onsite reviews of Data Centres and/or Tech-Rooms and arriving at probable scenarios, fitting into the overall global targeted strategy.
