He is responsible for project oversight to secure project deliverables according to sponsor contracted activities, budgets and timelines. Murad successfully completed Syneos Health Project Management Development Program, A 6 month, high-paced course that teaches how to be a successful Project Manager at Syneos Health, by incorporating established Project Management skills and techniques with the Syneos Health systems, processes, and competencies. Modules covered are Soft Skills and Leadership, Finance, Project Delivery, Program Accelerate and Systems and Analytics. Through a set-up of instructor-led teaching, small group sessions and individual mentoring, all aspects of managing a clinical trial are addressed and demonstrated. Successful completion of the program includes attendance of all sessions (live or via recording) and active participation in the End-to-End graduation exercise. Murad has also worked as a Global Lead CRA (EMEA, Latin America and North America) in Adults and Children Phase III Asthma study, regional Lead CRA across the EU region covering Adults and Children Phase III Asthma study, Phase III Rheumatology study as Unblinded LCRA and regional Lead CRA in pediatric Phase III urology study. In addition to that Murad has a managerial role experience as he used to be the MENA region CRAs Line manager. Murad has over 20 years of experience in the clinical research field. He started in 2001 as a Clinical Research Coordinator which gave him the unique insight on how sites work from within. In 2012 he made the transition to work as a Clinical Research Associate and has been affiliated with local and international CROs since then. Throughout this time, Murad has covered all aspects of a study, including monitoring and start up activities (such as feasibility, contract negotiations, and regulatory submission) for Phases I/II, II, III, and IV trials across Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Oman, KSA and UAE. His main therapeutic area experience include oncology, infectious disease (pneumonia), cardiovascular (hypertension,dyslipidemia, angioedema), asthma,Urology (neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO)),Hematology (Sickle Cell Anemia), Rheumatology study and IgA Nephropathy.
