I am passionate about providing services that remove barriers and from my experience this takes a holistic approach that looks at all aspects of a person's environment. My work in financial aid has created a more robust skill set for program management including budgeting,designing policy and procedure, creating tracking systems, managing software, applying federal regulations, grant writing and,audits and accreditation. Currently, I am providing mental health therapy using a variety of interventions.
