I worked as a formulation scientist and a community pharmacist in the last 2 years of my study. After completing my Pharm.D with honors, I started my full time job as a clinical pharmacist in one of the top hospitals in Iran (Razavi, accredited by Accreditation Canada International), where I became expert in pharmacovigilance, patients safety and antimicrobial stewardship. In 2017, I moved to Montreal and started my PhD under the supervision of Dr. Stanley Nattel at McGill, Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics. In my research, I applied animal models to investigate the role of aging and detailed mechanisms in atrial fibrillation, the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice. After obtaining my PhD from McGill, I started my full time job as a PVG and Regulatory Specialist at Milestone Pharma and recently promoted to the Manager position.
