I have been educating youth, communities and students through dance for 17 years and counting. I’ve developed skills to teach students how to market themselves, create culture through dance, also teaching them to incorporate core subject concepts through dance practices and techniques. Students learn the history of dance genres along with the music lesson taught to gain knowledge. I started in nursing school at Southwest TN Community College in 2007 and became a professional dancer in 2008. Through my career I was able to work with major artists, musicians, teach in schools and universities nationally, also internationally. In 2016 my first solo dance tour in Europe was ten countries in twelve days. I was also contracted to dance with NBA Memphis Grizzlies throughout my dance profession. My level and knowledge is very unique and high quality. My goal is to help students showcase how to gain exposure, confidence, fitness and interdisciplinary skills.
