I am Proficient in Radiant/Cupid and will soon add Reporting Workbench, Radar and Healthy Planet. While there is no certification for Meaningful Use (MU), I was the MU report writer in charge of pulling all MU reports, validation requests, QM spreadsheet tools and more. My strengths lie in the understanding of Epics Clarity Data Models, superior documentation skills, problem solving ability and creativity. Couple that with the ability to learn quickly and work closely with end users at ANY level to understand and often decipher their reporting needs. I am a very good public speaker and therefore am great at training and briefings. My communication skills are excellent and my listening skills are even better. Sometimes you have to listen closely to what the end user is REALLY saying or asking for. Most importantly execute the ‘ask’ with accuracy and minimal re-work.
