Monica Mwanje Email & Phone Number | I have worked in the nuclear sector for 20 years, starting as a Chemical Engineer and moving into business management, and business strategy roles. My career has taken me from working for a site licence company, I did my graduate training on site at Sellafield, to working out in the supply chain. Initially for multinational organisations; Jacobs and then Atkins. My last role was working in a growing small to medium sized enterprise; DBD Limited. Working in that growing business environment; seeing first-hand the impact of the application of technical and business skills brought into focus my own entrepreneurial ambitions. I was enjoying the growth journey and I was also seeing how effective collaboration between specialist organisations can be. I realised that I wanted to work with other businesses and help them realise their goals too. So in 2015 I set up MM Creative Solutions. So what’s MM Creative Solutions about? Well our core focus is simple, we want to help your business grow. This is achieved via nuclear and regulated sector experienced personnel delivering a range of consultancy services including: project delivery support, independent review, business development, marketing, organisational development and specialist bid writing, bid strategy, bid management and bid graphics support. I also deliver bid training and inclusion training. Since starting MM Creative Solutions, I've worked successfully with a range of organisations that desire to either enter or expand their work in nuclear or other regulated sectors. I work collaboratively with my clients and I'm passionate about helping them achieve their goals. I volunteered with the Nuclear Institute (NI), serving on a number of its committees. In 2016 I was elected as chair for the NI North West Branch and served in that role until early 2019. I'm a Stemnet ambassador and I enjoy supporting events at schools and colleges.
