Mohmaed Omar Email & Phone Number | My Duties and Responsibilities: - • Follow-up customer requests and meet their needs • Follow the movement of drivers from the places of shipping to the places of discharge •Prepare daily reports on the movement of Trucks • Follow-up maintenance of Trucks in the workshop • Monitor Trucks via GPS • Follow-up renewal of Trucks and drivers licenses • Provide Trucks and equipment required to carry out tasks as directed • Supervise the processing of supplies and supplies of the movement of Trucks and drivers and provide their requirements • Examination of Trucks to make sure they are fit to do the work required of them • Making full reports on the movement of Trucks and equipment And their whereabouts • Coordination with the workshops for the maintenance required • Coordination with the competent departments on the provision of drivers • Prepare accurate reports for upper management • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements • Follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement. • Following the various departments for needs of vehicles and drivers and work to provide them. • Create/update fleet policies and procedures using best practices including vehicle assignment, personal use, replacement policy, accident reporting process, and other procedures. • Coordinate & Supervision the Governmental Division Work, For Traffic Process and issues, In-charge of Settlement all Traffic Violations with all needed process, investigations and reports. • train drivers in fulfillment the programs. • Report fleet expense performance quarterly to management, including an annual report when submitting the coming year’s budget. •Develop and manage scheduling service, MOT and repair programs. • Systemize and create SOPs to collect and analyze information about the fleet, which could include: mileage and fuel costs, service schedules and maintenance histories, car availability and vehicle locations, the fleets. •Insurance accident: Follow-up of Insurance claim, for all accident vehicles from the beginning up to get repair permission from insurance company and new duty from Director follow vehicle also up to repair . • follow up the traffic violation to pay and send to finance section up to clear and pay. •Following Release Our Vehicle and Driver from MOROR traffic office Jell If Vehicle Documents Expire or Driver without License.
