I am very proud to start a project of this dimension, and to be on all the phases from green field in phase 1 to the extension of the capacity in phase 2, and then on the first line in Africa and 5th in the group which is capable of manufacturing 7 million pieces per year. all these projects are both important for boosting the automotive sector and economic development of our country , with the local integration of several ranges of parts manufactured outside the contry, and the ramp-up and acquisition new technologies and skills. Capacity stamping project plant Renault Tangier - Morocco janv. 2010 - juin 2022janv. 2010 - juin 2022 2011: Installation and integration of production on 3 lines of stamping presses (large and very large size ), and a new cutting line (Phase 1 stamping plant). 2012: Installation of a new turner for the packs cutting line, and 2 carry over presses (large and extra large). 2012: Installation of 5 new scrap collection conveyors (stamping plant phase 1). 2014: Installation and production integration of a large line and an XL line (stamping plant phase 2). 2014: Installation of 3 new scrap collection conveyors (stamping plant phase 2). 2018: Installation of a new MAP XL press (phase 2 stamping plant). 2019: Installation of new tool trolleys (Renovation of the CPO L2 carry over park). 2019: installation of a scrap collection conveyor (preparation for extension of the stamping plant High speed). 2021: Installation and integration of production on the new XL High Speed line (Plant extension High Speed stamping); Very high technology, first line in Africa and 5th in Groupe Renault. 2022: Installation of a scrap conveyor (Extension of the High Speed stamping plant).
