And then I like to learn language as I like how to communicate with people, so I learned English and then my university degree was on Hebrew language. Once I graduated, I wished to use my language ability to fly over the world and that’s why I joined aviation industries. I joined the aviation from the gate of ground handling companies to understand how airlines works from another prospective view, and this helped me to discover a lot of airlines manuals and variety of standard of work. I started as customer services agent with concept how to let the customer feel like a king and promoted after short to handle special big airlines, they have a variety of customer categories. after that start exploring the aviation cycle by joining the airside or as called ramp side as red cap, responsible for all aircraft activities including load control and equipment allocation to meet on time performance with care of safety first. My dream come when I joined the airlines and start use what I have learned with my personal improvement till I reached to be a station manager, and assisting ground handling and stations managers. And now I am a ground handling contracting manager who Manage Ground Handling Resources and economic impact of all Out Stations and Hub. and assures that the performance and “work” contracted meet the service objectives of FlyEgypt Airlines. Beside my aviation passion , I didn’t forgot to maintain my Hebrew language as I started my master in translation , and working on management skills , and now I am upgrades my skills with data analysis to be able to use my experience and knowledge to be able to report and visualize my point of view or available data to talk about data.
