New Oil & Gas projects Responsibilities: - - Implement the Quality Program and verify that all Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) procedures are established in accordance with project requirements. - Perform or monitor all types of equipment inspection, for both on-stream inspection (OSI) and shutdown (T&I). - Perform visual, welding, coating, CUI, dimensional inspection, etc. - Review site statistics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and provide reports to management. - Conduct surveillance of Contractor and Subcontractor NDE qualifications. - Participates in EPC Contractor’s audit program (audit plan, schedule, checklist, reports, etc.) - Provides verification that construction quality systems and procedures are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the approved Quality Management Systems. - Monitoring and tracking project deficiencies and reporting NDE quality KPIs to the management team. - Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Requests, Non-conformance Requests, Corrective Action Reports, etc. - Support overall countable preventative maintenance (PM) inspections for their process unit area - Initiate and provide recommendations for identified defects using SAP. - Initiate non-destructive testing (NDT) requests using SAP and monitor and review examination results to determine defects, corrosion, damage mechanism, mechanical damage, or blockages and make recommendations for repairs or replacement as required. - Witness hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests on static equipment which includes the review of Hydro static, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams as well as Safety Instruction Sheets to assure that the correct pressure is used, the system is isolated properly and that relief valves are properly set and installed. - Perform or monitor all tests and inspections on equipment that has been repaired or modified to assure that the equipment meets the manufacturer’s requirements.
