In the Jordan Brand role, Mitch led communications for two Russell Westbrook tours of Asia, launched the first-ever Jordan Brand NBA All-Star jersey and drove communications for the historic partnership between Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain. His work in Jordan Brand included managing communications programs on the ground in Beijing, Guangzhou, Paris, Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo and Turin. As Nike’s media relations lead, he oversaw execution of priority narrative-driving storytelling for initiatives such as the FIFA Women’s World Cup, NBA All-Star, NFL Super Bowl, a CEO introduction and the kickoff of Nike’s Tokyo 2020 Olympics storytelling journey. In a previous stint at FH, Mitch led the San Francisco creative and digital practice group and spent one year as the General Manager of FH Los Angeles. He led the agency’s work with Electronic Arts and Fitbit and provided strategic counsel to clients such as Bose, Levi’s, NBC Sports, USA Swimming and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. In that role, he also supported multiple brands activating sponsorships on the ground at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games and 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games. Before joining FH, Mitch led communications for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and the University of Kansas Athletics Department.
