Managing the brand's social media, I crafted compelling content on Instagram centered around craftsmanship, heritage, and core brand values. In my most recent role as a Gillette Brand Management intern at Procter and Gamble, I successfully secured the position out of 9,000 applicants, earning a coveted spot among eight interns. Over the course of a 10-week internship, I managed two projects. In one, I analysed the performance of GilletteLabs on Amazon, offering strategic recommendations to grow incremental value through short and long-term growth on the platform. Simultaneously, I directed an influencer marketing campaign for the launch of the Gillette X Razer razor. This involved briefing two prominent marketing agencies, Hill and Knowlton Strategies and Saatchi & Saatchi, to produce user-generated content (UGC) and branded content for TikTok. I conducted a comprehensive full-funnel test to determine the efficacy of UGC versus branded toolkit content on TikTok, utilising key performance indicators (KPIs) for measurement. My 10-week internship at Procter and Gamble equipped me with invaluable insights, and I am eager to apply and expand upon my knowledge within the dynamic landscape of marketing on a graduate scheme or in a full-time position.
