She founded, built, and led a regional digital marketplace for procuring legal services and fostering collaboration. This experience broadened her skillset and provided invaluable practical knowledge in areas such as SaaS, cloud computing, internet technologies, digital solutions, and strategic business development. Currently, Miriam channels her expertise into providing legal advisory services for a pharmaceutical corporation. Her core focus lies in technology commercial solutions and global IT transactions, with an emphasis on tech, digital, AI, data, cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
