Miranda Veliky Email & Phone Number | I have been interested in the human body since I can remember! I enjoy helping people change their life for the better and feel a sense of worth from it! I have played multiple sports growing up and that is when I first found my love for staying healthy and working with a group of people. I've always believed that having a strong team behind you will always set you up for success and that is what I want in a career, a strong team. I have worked as an Athletic Training assistant for two years at my current university. When I was an assistant my duties included, wrapping injured athletes, creating sideline exercises, and assisting the head trainer with anything she/he needed. I have also trained clients for about 8 months now, working with many different body types it has taught me that not everyone has the same goal, meaning I then had to be able to create a useful exercise program. Although, most of my experience does come from the classroom. The classes I have taken at Seton Hill University have taught me how to run cardiovascular and muscular strength tests, set up an EKG, solve for body mass/fat, and create programs for certain individuals. Over my four years, I have spent at Seton Hill University I have been an Orientation Leader, sat in on Student Government, was in charge of the Commuter board, volunteered many of my hours, and earned an award for Leadership. I am ready to bring all of my assets to a company where I can continue to learn and grow as a person and an employer.
