The Institute under his leadership has now hosted over 25,000 delegates since opening. Milos has expanded responsibilities in 2015 and took over the Professional Affairs in Latin America. He was leading the development and deployment of a competitively differentiated professional strategy across the region, as well as ensuring alignment of this strategy into the overall business objectives. Milos represented Professional Affairs in the Board of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care LATAM. Most recently Milos took over Digital Professional Education & Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for delivering digital solutions for synchronous & asynchronous learning and website presence. Milos Medricky holds also a Master degree in Educational Management from the Charles University in Prague and is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt. He is a member of British Contact Lens Association, Czech Contactological Society and founder member of European Academy of Optometry and Optics.
