After completing Master in public administration at SDA Bocconi, I have taken my enthusiasm for public policy and culture into a research work, and dedicated time to conduct a PhD research in intersection of public policy, administration and public value on one side, and management on the other side. As a PhD student, I have been a teaching assistant covering Human resources management, Cultural diplomacy, while conducting and publishing researches on topics related to the leadership and institutional memory, evaluation and performance management, creative and cultural entrepreneurship, etc. I constantly draw on my past as a public affairs officer in a corporation, where I experienced and learned about instruments and approaches to lobbying and advocacy from the perspective of business. My professional experience includes traineeship at the European Parliament in Brussels, at the Foreign Affairs Committee. This practice influenced my European perspectives and questioned assumptions I had about the administrations and robust structures in the international domain, while exposing me to the multicultural environment.
