I was a very hyperactive child and one that didn’t understand the word ‘no.’ To accommodate my “hyper activeness”, I channeled my determined, never give up approach into sports like tennis and rugby where I eventually played Tennis at a professional level. From there, I became a full time tennis coach teaching 1,000’s of players around the world, including Germany, Spain, Australia and eventually landed coaching in England, where I’ve lived for the past 22 years. When I’m not playing sports or on the court (reliving my past glories lol), my “never take no for an answer” mindset is channeled into one of the fastest growing direct response agencies in the world, Mawer Capital. In my role as Director of Business Operations, I have led sales teams, created and implemented efficiency systems, managed performance and recruitment all within multiple Mawer Capital businesses.
