Creatively positioned second generation products to avoid product cannibalization and increased sales footprint into new territories. • Formalized the first S&E portfolio for front end innovation R&D/Business Development/ Marketing. The criteria matrix and scoring system allowed asset tracking at various stages of development and successfully identified targets for investment and acquisition processes. • Mentored companies that were granted RMAT and Breakthrough designations by FDA and others who merited JLAB competitive funding. • Successfully managed first of its kind large scale Military Research Consortia (AFIRM I/II, RTR) which united efforts from government, key academic thought leaders, biotech, and big business to develop and commercialize products in regenerative medicine and transplant medicine to advance patient SOC.
