Mike is currently engaged as Project Director for a new Medical Intraocular Lens manufacturing facility based in the UK. Working with a small but smart team; driving the project from concept to completion; selecting and engaging external Design Consultants; Quantity Surveyors and Main Contractor. Responsible for the development of all process equipment URSs (User Requirement Specifications); supplier selection; design and configuration; followed by full Validation from DQ to PQ; ensuring facility is to cGMP requirements and in line with FDA and MHRA requirments currently delivering on time and to budget (work in progress 2014)
