Professional Bio: Mickey Crabtree has developed an esteemed reputation as an Elite Athlete, Fitness Professional, Nutrition Expert, Indoor Cycling Master, Anti-Aging Specialist and Strength, Conditioning & “Champion” Mind-Set Coach. She is a recovered anorexic, Champion Bodybuilder and conditioning specialist. She has been featured in FLEX, Women’s Physique World, and Muscle Training Intensity magazines, and on ESPN. Her many prestigious titles include the Overall Women’s 1989 NPC California State Bodybuilding Champion and 1990 NPC Women’s Nationals Finalist. As the Conditioning Coach for UCSB Men’s Basketball, she received the 6th Man Award for her contributions toward two history-making seasons (2002, 2004). Along with her B.A. in Psychology, and 17 years as a Professional Counselor for the University of California, she is certified through ISSA, NASM, AFAA, SPINNING & the SCHWINN Fitness Academy. She is a Program Developer and Master Trainer, having certified hundreds of indoor cycling Instructors, and is currently working on a project that will take indoor cycling to a whole new level.
