On this way, new products' portfolio will provide value perception, sales profit and it will achieve the technical requirements for the best performance in the market. Innovation Mindset: Most of R&D teams are developing products to only solve a company problem, for example, an over production. That reality goes against the R&D's purpose, knowing that it should be the main source of innovation projects. PROFILE: I'm a Food Engineer specialist in R&D Management. During my carrier, I've been working in the food industry, retail and food service, from small to worldwide companies. By applying my technical knowledge and commercial skills to help them to achieve their goals. At this time, more than 3.000 products were developed by me and by teams I worked with, in and outside Brazil. I frequently traveled to Europe, Asia and Middle East to attend to commercial meetings, develop close customers' relationships and to research new ideas to products. As a leader, I'm constantly encouraging my team to be the best they can be. I am driven to inspire as a leader and to help my team achieving their goals as professionals. By doing this, I am providing positive results to the company as well.
