Once the strategy to create these programs was in place, I successfully translated that strategy into tactical actions. I built a team that has worked with academia and increased high school student enrollment in manufacturing programs by 1400% (you read that correctly - 14 times) and increased partnerships across Washington state more than 500% (five times) over a 5-year period. My experience includes 20+ years in finance and HR related roles for Boeing. Leveraging my diverse background has allowed me to drive HR efforts not only based on people policy but with sound data analysis in order to constantly evaluate the shifting talent market. I have successfully built strong cross-functional relationships, both internal and external to The Boeing Company, working together to meet and exceed staffing objectives not only for Boeing but for other industries, as well. I am experienced in leading diverse teams through change, incorporating change management techniques.
