Along with the 10% annual scope increase to support over 86K employee base, I optimized supply chain & logistics operations, introducing cost savings of over 220K annually, successfully avoiding additional EoL SW costs of 6M+ for the organization. In my previous roles I established and led a successful program and portfolio governance, PMO (Project & Program Management Office) leading and supporting 150 project, program and portfolio managers in EMEA, working on over 260 projects, worth 30M annually. I am experienced in establishing project management and agile culture, leading cross-functional and global teams in commercial client-facing as well as in internal corporate account environments.
