I work as a Product Coordinator in Dublin (Ireland) for the Infection Prevention Division of Switzerland and Austria to coordinate the “Custom Procedure Trays” (CPT) Product Group. In this position I act as link between the Irish supplier and Swiss and Austrian Sales Reps in order to provide outstanding service to our hospital customers. Major Tasks - Responsible for planning, arranging and monitoring all CPT activities to assure accurate, timely and efficient product delivery - Provide price competitive analysis for CPTs and recommend as well as implement pricing changes when appropriate. - Offer guidance to the sales team on effectively communicating the value proposition to support pricing goals - Supplier Management to ensure that all appropriate customer needs and expectations are met - Manage demand planning forecast based on knowledge of customer, marketing programs and marketing trends - Monthly customer visits to Switzerland and Austria to gain insight into the Healthcare Market and to better tailor our marketing activities to ensure customer satisfaction - Execution of customer events - Process monthly reporting on the performance of CPTs and attend on European meetings - Proactively identify the need to complete work and take initiative to do so. Suggest and implement process improvements. - Providing financial support to Management of Healthcare Business Group Alpine and Safety & Graphics Business Group Switzerland - Price, margin and sales analysis - Participation in Planning Processes: Alpine responsibility for Operational Plan (OP) 2014; Swiss responsibility for OP 2013 - Monthly Profit & Loss Statement analysis and presentation to Management - Data gathering and interpretation as base for Business decisions and supporting their implementations (Fusion of a Swiss Division with Germany - Lead a project for process optimization of a certain Business Model in the area of Infection Prevention - Communication with Marketing & Sales Managers as well as European Business Manager - Securing compliance with Global Financial Standards (USGAAP). • Credit Suisse Financial Basic Training for Junior Talents • 3-month language stay in New Zealand • Assisted Client Advisors with their daily work, such as assessing customer portfolios and executing sales transactions • Examined financial statements for credit application • Lead small customer meetings • Trained three apprentices in Corporate Client Department.
