Michael utilized his proven FOH strategy with the hugely successful Liberty Tavern Restaurant Group in Arlington, Virginia along with managing the community outreach program for the group as well. Michael was a founder of the very successful GiftRocker.com utilizing his background in Sales. GiftRocker is now a provider of online gift certificate for Open Table. Michael was VP of Business Development for Cello, waitlist management platform, landing REVEL as a client. Michael then went on to launch several restaurants in Central Virginia. Michael is a owner of GiftRocker and Scruggs Hospitality Consulting focusing on how to survive the Pandemic along with Advisor for The Venn Group. Michael enjoys performing as a mid life crisis 80’s Band lead vocals!
