Michael Roberts is a I primarily define as a distance educator who teaches in several areas rather than as a subject area specialist in any of those areas. I am now doing what I wanted to do as I completed my Instructional Teachnologist degree (pun intended) in the last century. If anyone knew what an Instructional Teachnologist was, I would call myself that. I am a school teacher fascinated by the new technologies of learning and teaching. I'm only a computer geek to the very limited degree that I need to be to make full use of the resources made available by teaching platforms such as Blackboard, Angel or Eagle Online. I am an end-user who can teach others what I know. Specialties: Maintaining instructor presence online, teaching students how to learn online, design and delivery of instruction, and teaching writing.
